The war between Russia and Ukraine has claimed over a million lives, as noted by President Trump. The pressing question remains: when will it end? Zelenskyy: Another Dictator in the Making Zelenskyy is not the leader many in the West believe him to be. Living in Ukraine throughout this war has revealed a stark reality: Zelenskyy’s governance has turned dictatorial. Western leaders and media have chosen to ignore the atrocities he commits, turning a blind eye to his abuse of power and disregard for Ukrainian laws and the Constitution. Zelenskyy has created a system that suppresses opposition. Independent media has been shut down, and critics, including YouTube and TikTok bloggers, are arrested for speaking the truth. The only voices permitted are those who praise him and advocate for fighting until the last Ukrainian. Forced Conscription: Turning Citizens into Cannon Fodder Ukrainian streets are patrolled by well-equipped teams of police, military personnel, and NGO “volunteers” who forcibly seize civilian men to send them to the front lines. These teams use high-tech equipment, including cell phone jammers, to prevent their targets from contacting families. This conscription system operates like a business. Men are delivered to Territorial Recruitment Centers (TRCs), which then allocate them to various military units. The snatchers are paid substantial sums, earning thousands of dollars a day, and are incentivized further by exemptions from front-line deployment if they meet their quotas. This turns ordinary civilians into currency in what soldiers now call the “meat grinder.” Ukraine as a Prison State Zelenskyy has turned Ukraine into a massive concentration camp. The borders are fortified not to keep Russian forces out but to prevent Ukrainian men from escaping. The western border with the European Union is more heavily guarded than the eastern and northern borders with Russia and Belarus. High-tech surveillance drones and razor wire ensure no Ukrainian man can leave, turning the country into an inescapable trap. Zelenskyy boasts that he stayed in Ukraine during the full-scale invasion, but this choice was his alone. Ordinary Ukrainian men have no such option. They are prisoners in their own country, while Zelenskyy travels freely, accepted warmly by Western leaders, and seeks more funding to prolong his grip on power. Silencing Dissent: Freedom of Speech Erased Freedom of speech has been extinguished under Zelenskyy’s rule. Television channels have been consolidated into a single government-controlled network broadcasting censored propaganda. Influential bloggers who fled Ukraine face reprisals, with their families targeted, as happened to the mother of Denis Yelisevich in Florida. Anyone who criticizes Zelenskyy risks imprisonment under false accusations of collaborating with Russia. Ukrainians now fear their own government more than the invading Russian forces. Zelenskyy’s administration has effectively occupied Ukraine, transforming the country into a dictatorship where dissent is met with terror. History Repeating Itself Zelenskyy’s strategy mirrors authoritarian regimes throughout history. Like the Stanford prison experiment, he has divided Ukrainians into “guards,” who enforce his rule, and “prisoners,” who are oppressed and powerless. This divide-and-rule tactic echoes the methods of Stalin and Hitler, sacrificing millions of lives to maintain control. History is repeating itself in Ukraine, with devastating consequences. The Role of Western Leaders Western leaders have ignored the plight of ordinary Ukrainians. Their focus remains on geopolitical interests, providing Zelenskyy with resources to continue his regime. Zelenskyy’s term officially ended in May 2024, but he has clung to power under the guise of wartime necessity. His priority is prolonging the conflict to avoid scrutiny and accountability for the billions of dollars in foreign aid flowing into Ukraine. Ending the War: A Call to Action The war is no longer about Ukraine’s sovereignty or defense but the personal ambitions of two dictators—Zelenskyy and Putin. Both are using their people as tools to solidify their power. The solution is straightforward: stop funding the dictators. Zelenskyy’s reach depends on American support, and it’s time for the American people to act. Only by cutting off resources and holding leaders accountable can this senseless war be brought to an end.

A Message for 2025 By Robert Anthony Dec 30th 2024   It’s fun trying to look forward – wondering what the year ahead will be like.  Our nation has probably never been in a position to change more rapidly than it is right now!  But the church is also poised to change at a rate never before seen .  But let’s put the conversation about the church on hold for a moment.   We really need to celebrate this great victory with President Trump’s return to the White House.  But I am convinced NOW IS NOT THE TIME TO CELEBRATE.  It’s not the time to take our foot off the pedal whatsoever, especially in prayer.  There is no telling what the powers of the world are plotting each and every day to try and steal from us this great victory!   Truly we can’t guess what will become of the world in 2025, the complexities are far too vast: how will Russia respond to President Trump’s efforts to end the war, the new Syrian regime is already wanting to normalize relations with Israel but is that a trap for Israel?  China promised President Biden to his face they will take back Taiwan.  Will there be peace restored to Jerusalem? Are we entering a new dispensation of Empires and Colonies?  Seems so.   President Trump is messaging EXPANSION to the world also.  Surprising!  I don’t think any of us thought he was so serious about buying Greenland, during his last administration.  But now he is gesturing about Canada and demanding the Panama Canal returned to us also!  Putin and his inner circle certainly have aspirations of restoring their old Soviet Empire and its vast lands and client-states.  President Xi has his eyes on Taiwan but what about: Bhutan (again), Mongolia… of course they took Tibet so long ago… and China continues to grab more and more of the sea and its islands on their eastern and south eastern borders.  The South China Sea could end up being one of the most difficult negotiations President Trump is walking into.   BRICS Nations and their aspirations will be quieted during Trump’s presidency.  While we will see headlines and threats, all in all India is not going to agree, Russia and China have too many running disagreements and the political possibility of going head-to-head against the US Dollar is quickly diminishing by the day.  But don’t think that those plans will go away, they will simply be tabled over the next four-years (plus).   RADICAL CHANGE, NEWNESS, UNEXPECTED OPPORTUNITIES and LIMITLESS POSSIBILITIES will mark the next year(s) ahead.  The headlines will be full of international news, it will be very exciting and there will be a temptation to sit back and “enjoy the show” but we must not .  Remember “All Politics is Local”.  Do we want to win big, really big or ridiculously  big!!  Do we want a 30-fold return, a 60-fold return or a 100-fold return?   The biggest possible win will come if we all get involved internationally, nationally, state-wide and locally.  We must all fulfill our destiny in this hour – and we will win in ways we never before imagined!  God will position us, if we allow Him to.   If your destiny is to head to Ukraine, you had better not run for a political-office in your state.  If your calling is business to create some amazing new venture, you had better not start a church!  If you are starting a family, you had better not prioritize your career and profession above what is most precious to you.  To get the biggest wins in the years ahead we had better come to know the voice of God, and then obey Him.  There are near limitless rewards as we come to trust in God's perfect will. And what of Jesus’ Church?   Jesus wants us drinking “New Wine” but the crowd shouts back to Him, “The Old is Better!” (I paraphrase Luke 5:36-39). Isaiah practically commanded us from the Lord, “Sing unto the Lord a New Song!” (Isaiah 42:10). But we love our old-timey hymns and the Christian classics we’ve been singing for generations.  We love what God did generations and hundreds of years ago!  We hold to many of these traditions, sometimes even forsaking the Word of God.   It’s a worthwhile conversation – why does the world around us change so much but Christianity is so adverse to change?  Within Christianity there are certain traditions that have practically become law but they truly are traditions , not laws.  For instance, where in the whole of the Word of God does it define the role/duties of the pastor  or priest?  Where does it tell us how to have something called a Church Service ?  But if someone was to re-imagine church and create something new (howbeit Biblical) they would be treated immediately as an outsider, a radical, a counter-culture revolutionary, even a heretic!!  Hahaha.  I jest.  (Somewhat.)   We have literally no example  of them taking up a tithe or offering to buy land or build a building all throughout the Bible.  (Reread that sentence.)  And yet, how many sermons have we heard from these pulpits convincing us that it is our God-given responsibility to fund these minister's real estate ambitions, construction dreams and more!?  And they are doing so without even one single scripture to stand on? Quite frankly, I can come up with several scriptures that lead me to believe they are actually going against God and His will for the Church in what they are doing with holy Church funds.   “Heaven is my throne and the earth is my footstool, what house will you build unto me and where is the place of my rest?  For since the beginning all these things my hands have made.” (Acts 7:46-51+)   I do want to talk of these things in detail.  Perhaps later this year, I will write about it?   Are not the ways of God past finding out?  But we, as mere men, like to try to fit eternity and the powers of God into our safe little boxes and buildings - perhaps it helps us sleep better at night?  We shove God into our books of doctrine and create even our own dogma – and then we sell it for $19.95 (on clearance sale at Amazon)!  Oh, what small and insignificant men are we who decide to diminish our All-Powerful, Omnipresent and Omnipotent God in such a way. But it has been declared to us, “As high as the heavens are above the earth, so high are My ways above your ways and My thoughts above your thoughts!” (Isaiah 55:9)   But who will believe Him?   So instead of letting God out to show us His glory , we try to put Him as if in quarantine.  We, as little men, attempt to relegate Him off to the side of the room but then call for Him when we would like for Him to perform, but only when it’s convenient.  Most of the Church treats Him like the “Jeanie in The Bottle” saying, “Bless us with Food in abundance, Clothing beyond measure, whatsoever our heart desires, with Houses and Cars, Boats and Vacations – and if you do, we will Praise You.”    We acknowledge Him when we are afraid and hurting, we talk of His power and ability when we need Him but then when we feel safe and our fears subside, we attempt to put Him back into His book, up on the shelf for the next time He’s required of us.   I praise Him because He is so merciful.  I praise Him because He loves us so much and understands that we are merely like blind children, trying to find our way in this dark and broken world.   So, it’s first and foremost to the leadership  of Jesus’ Church that I sound the alarm.  James 3:1 tells us that the leaders will fall under the greater condemnation, the harsher judgment.  In Matthew 7:21-23 Jesus gives us quite the most serious warning, “Not everyone that says to Me Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that does the will of My Father which is in heaven.  Many will say…” (And allow me a little room to paraphrase) “…LOOK AT WHAT WE BUILT IN YOUR NAME!!  Look, God, at all we accomplished in Your Name!  We did the greatest works on earth, all in Your Name!” But Jesus will reply to them, “Depart from me, I never knew you, you who work iniquity.”   What a stern warning for the people of God. But the true children of God need not to worry, not for one moment of one day.  God loves those who are His: these who are simply content to let God be their Father and Jesus to Save the World!    God does have great plans for us.  He wants us to live life and live it more abundantly but also, He  is our God and Father.  We are not our own gods, but there remains one God and Father, there is but One Salvation  and One Savior of the World !    He has adventures for us to go on, with Him!  He has incredible stories all prepared for us to live, with Him!  He has Good Works laid up, inside of us, in store, to glorify His Son and bless His name all throughout the world.  But He remains God and the Father of all.   In Closing.   I don’t personally get too excited about the affairs of men.  Whatever good becomes of our nation and the nations of the world, it will all be revealed as broken and godless in the end, built on shifting foundations of sand and iniquity.  Very little will remain come the end.  (Rev. 16:19) Therefore, in all our striving, in all our building and laboring, let us strive instead like this: that we would know our God and be known by Him!    Bless your families men, come to rest in the finished work of Christ women of God, enjoy your learning and growing children, life is but a vapor, remember, only the good works planted upon eternity will remain.   The warning I give to the Church leaders is this, “Let His people Go!”  Your strong and determined ambitions, convincing speeches and manipulation of His Church has continued for long enough.  The Church is the Lords, it’s His Ekklesia, He will build it – and the gates of hell shall not prevail.  Do you want to teach and lead His people?  Then you seek a high calling – a high calling the demands much of you.  Be careful with what is God’s, with what He has called Holy . Israel is God’s, the Church is Christ’s. It is His gospel, His Word and His Holy Name.  Be cautious how you would wield the holy things of God.   Will the Revival come this year?  Will God birth The New Thing ?  Jesus responded to us of this before, “It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father has put in His own power…” BUT we will receive power “after the Hold Ghost is come upon us” and we will be witnesses to God out into the world, even to “the uttermost parts of the earth”!  (Acts 1:7-8)   I, like so many of you, long to see this great move of God… And perhaps the move God is looking for truly, is within us!   So we pray, “God move us.  Move our hearts and minds.  Blow the wind of the Spirit upon us and make us New .  We have been broken and defeated for long enough.  Make us into something else, something beautiful, something victorious, something worthy of being called the sons of God !” “We will give You back Your Church, Jesus.  It was never ours to have taken control of (them) in such a way.  We submit them back to You.  We repent for all we did to stand between Your Church and their God.  Forgive us Lord.” “Thank you for this great work you are doing with our nation and throughout the nations of the world!  It’s exciting to witness and it inspires hope within us.  But let us be a part of Your Kingdom as all these things unfold!  Help us to build our lives upon eternity and life-everlasting!  We are often children so easily led astray.”   “We love you, Father.  Thank you for choosing us to be born for such a time as this!”   “Amen.” Let us remain in prayer as the old passes away and God makes… ALL THINGS NEW!!   Amen!?   Love you friends, and brothers, and sisters Love you very much, - Robert

If we could get politics out of the way and have a reasonable conversation about the hot topic - there is room for both deportation and citizenship. (But this has turned into a huge political negotiation and even war.) Common Sense Do we want family-loving, hard working, patriotic people to immigrate to America? The obvious answer is Yes. I have lived most of my life, especially my childhood years on the West Coast throughout Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Phoenix and Seattle. I have been in business several times with immigrants, both first and second generations immigrants. In fact, I built an entire company with Spanish-speaking legal immigrants. We were very successful, we had quite the team, mostly college-educated (I might add) and very professional. I can't say enough about my wonderful experiences with these family-loving, often God-fearing, hard working, Patriotic Immigrated-Americans! Obviously we want legal immigration. Obviously we have a countless many immigrants here illegally but what will we do with them now? Today's Crisis The Biden Administration, following Obama Admin's example, made a huge mess at our borders. It almost could not be worse. The crisis on our hands can not be overstated and mostly the state-governments and local governments are stuck dealing with the mess. I can not say more emphatically how I support what the President and his Border Governor, Tom Holman, are preparing to do. Morale throughout our nation has plummeted because of this Progressive-inspired crisis. It is clear that Holman intends to go after the worst of the worst first: those with terrorism on their resumes, cartel-affiliated immigrants, gang-members, criminals, etc. But then what to do about the larger portion of the illegal-immigrants, some tens of millions of people living throughout America? Cooler Heads Prevail I can tell you all literally countless stories of the wonderful (mostly Spanish-speaking) immigrants I have had the good fortune to know throughout my life. I can tell you about Bryan in Vegas - a very honest and sincere young man whose father left their family, but now Bryan, after graduating from UNLV, got a great job in Computer Sciences and supports his mother, younger brother and others throughout his community. Last conversation we had Bryan had invested in a small construction company and was expanding his talents into small business start ups. I can tell you about Jazz, the Vice President of a company I founded in Los Angeles 2002. Jazz (from Mexico) was fluent in three languages, had a bachelors degree, had an extremely impressive international resume, had built a successful marriage and family, was by far the most hard working man on our team and exuded good character and integrity throughout his tenure with me. I can talk about Emilio (from Guatemala), Ruben (from Argentina), Ricardo (whose parents were from El Salvador), Frankie, Alfred, etc. I can tell you about Roberto (from Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico) who joined the US Military, started a small business and contributed wonderfully, serving this nation throughout his life. Roberto just founded a church with several of his friends from DR and PR. I know African immigrants who have done wonderfully in our nation. I was very close with two Lebanese families in California that I would quickly vouch for as great advantages for our Unites States. I have preached at nearly ten Slavic, mostly Russian and Ukrainian churches throughout my life - and these are some of my favorite American Immigrants!! A Russian man in Hawaii became one of my closest friends for a season of life. A Ukrainian pastor in California is one of my favorite pastors in the whole world. I have known personally Indian's, South Korean's, Filipino's, Canadian's, European's, Israeli's, Iranian's, Armenian's, Japanese, Taiwanese, Jordanian's - all who came to America, started great families, participated with our American ideals (for the most part) and contributed to the advancement of our nation! The Hope of America It seems to me people escape their broken, impoverished and often lawless nations throughout the world and arrive at what they perceive as the 21st Century, Promised Land - and they find Hope . It's amazing what hope and also hopelessness can do to a person. I would love to do a paper on Palestinians with regards to this topic. I knew several Palestinians in California throughout my life, maybe a dozen!? Never, not once were they violent-extremists or radical rage-machines seemingly capable of doing what happened in Israel, October 7th. It's amazing what hope but also hopelessness can do to a person. It seems to me immigrants come here and find Hope! They leave that world of hopelessness, despair and often war behind, they come to find American Hope and they shine, they do wonderfully with their lives and they create something of a beautiful and blessed life. Do the math yourselves - how many of them end up on welfare programs? How many of them end up taking from our society and never giving back? The answer is very very few. (Do the math for yourselves. Our social and welfare programs by in large are going to Americans who have been here for generations and have been taught to live off of other peoples efforts, for generations. Instead of using these welfare programs as a hand up they instead learn to illegally navigate these systems, often turning to crime to make more money off the books, while keeping their tax-payer vouchers, food-stamps and government checks rolling in. Immigrants by in large are not the huge drain on American Society.) But this is About Politics I find it very very rare for any politician to simple speak the truth. They mostly put a (political) spin on everything so as to keep their base rallied and their people angry at "the other side" (whoever "the other side" might be). This strategy, while it might help to win elections, is very short-sided and ruinous. What if no one speaks the Truth ever in Politics, but uses every policy issue as a means to demonize the other side and provoke their base to fear and rage!? What a heartless and dystopian nation we would become, in merely a generation or even a decade!? Aren't we more spirit, soul and heart than we are flesh? This flesh will pass but yet we will live on. Our souls will live on. At some point in time our rulers, our leaders, our politicians and even clergy need to wake up to the reality of what they are doing: saving a nation by destroying its soul? Doesn't make a lot of sense to me. In Closing We have this large problem on our hands. Are we going to create a much more terrible problem by wreaking havoc on countless, innocent families and lives? Or are we going to put politics aside and seek, what Americans have so often sought throughout our history: Truth, Righteousness and Justice!? I'm going to hold on to the hope that we, Americans, still want to be Light in this dark world - and do what is Good . I trust President Trump. I worry about some of those pressuring him, but I trust President Trump's intentions. I think he is well aware of what I am saying, as he was a business man and American citizen for his whole life before he waded into the political poop-storm. I believe his good heart and pure soul will shine thru after all the dust settles from the negotiations. Let's support him. MAGA, Conservatives, Republicans, etc. lets rally behind justice and the goodness that is so often found throughout the history of our nation, even for these immigrants and lets do the right(eous) thing! I believe we will. We must have borders. We must have legal and lawful immigration. We must not allow illegal immigration. To me all these things are so obvious I shouldnt even need to write them down. But just in case a few people reading this need to hear it loud and clear. I am extremely conservative and lawful throughout all my policy positions - AND - what will we do with these families and real people thrust upon us against our will? I believe we will do the right thing. The "right thing" which includes shutting down our borders, fixing our immigration system and actually upholding our laws and our Constitution.

The general rules in US politics: debate, criticize one another, even throw your own party under the bus, do as you will so long as you do not touch the money! This idea of freedom really needs to be revisited. When the founders of our constitution created this country do you think they had this version of America in mind? Federal, State, County and City each have layers of administration and a variety of departments. (I get into this in my last interview with Karla Wagner - talking about Axing the Michigan Property Taxes - interview below.). Maybe it would be a good use of our money EXCEPT. Except every single thing the government touches, they break (I will say perhaps local law enforcement and military could be, somewhat, an exception to the rule). And why is it broken? Simply because there is NO Accountability for what they accomplish, or don't accomplish. But let's return to the conversation about accountability. Healthcare, Social Services, Education, Immigration, Energy and Agriculture are all broken, not breaking, not falling apart but these departments have all failed the American people. Of course a large part of them breaking are the policies and the people running these departments - and that is exactly my point - if they are not doing a good job with our money? Why do we continue to fund them!? Let's be realists for a moment: we are never going to rid ourselves of medical issues, poverty, the population needing to be educated, people wanting to come and go from our country, providing energy to the people and the requirement of a food supply. The issue so many of us are bringing up is not "let's not deal with these problems" but rather "the governments - local, state, federal - have all failed in their ability to do so". It's time to defund the government in general. Again: law enforcement, fire and first responders, transportation, military - these governmental departments are doing much better than the others aforementioned. But we need to look at defunding large portions of all local, state and federal budgets, immediately. The young people need to be taught about our history more: did you know doctors all over America used to regularly make house-calls!? Since the beginning of time there has always been poverty and homelessness and what they now call "Mental Health" problems. We need to think clearly - we need to redevelop our critical thinking skills and creative problem solving muscles. Study how the local churches throughout American history were often very involved with local governments, solving many problems the government is ill-equipped to handle - Especially with the poor and those in need. Building a massive government to solve all our troubles gives a very small group of people far too much power over the masses - this political idea is called Collectivism , or Communism , or Socialism - and this idea for the whole of human history has never once worked, not once. What is very hard for me to understand is how we got here in the first place? It took decades to build this massive government, so am I to believe that at least a few generations sat back and voted for it? This is harder to understand, what exactly happened to our "free" country!? When a government has rule over nearly every area of a citizens life, how on earth can that government be considered free? I've been to Africa and much of the third world. Let me tell you, they are far more free than we are. They aren't afraid to "jay-walk" or simply walk across the street when it is safe. You don't see a constant influence of law-enforcement reminding you to obey. And yet, society continues each day, people aren't shooting up schools in Africa, people eat food, they have roads, immigration happens, etc. Now obviously the third world has other issues that we would never abide in the west. But the point is valid: the bigger the government gets, the more trivial and intrusive laws we pass, the more we hand our rights over to our own government the more freedom we exchange for bondage and control. But controls work well for Big Business. If I was a heartless CEO or Titan of Industry I might very well vote for ALL of these increased laws and regulations, and why? Because none of it effects me or my family directly. People with money purchase attorneys, accountants, they insulate themselves with their political donations, even purchasing for themselves a politician or two. Big Government regulations work out well for the elite and rich, upper classes of society. Big Government, Big Business, Small groups of people ruling the masses will always crush into submission the middle class and poor, the workers and their families. But then came America!! The bright shining beacon to the world of what is possible with self-governance! But somehow we forgot? Somehow we lost "The American Dream" and we created what is becoming "The American Nightmare"! Look at what we have lived thru the past ten years!? And we (our parents and their parents) enabled this Big Government/Big Business America to emerge. I hope it is not too late, I pray we are able to defeat this beast but I fear we (this generation) is simply too late to the game. If we are going to win the nation back, not just for 4 years but for generations to come, we will win this victory in part by taking away their budgets! "He who has the gold..." how does the expression go? "...Makes the Rules!?" Curious expression. Perhaps if we can take away their funding, we also take away their ability to rule us!!? What is amazing that you will learn in the interview is that everyday people actually oppose her!? Hahaha! Isn't that just insane!? With everything we have just lived thru many people, according to Karla, are still fighting to enable this broken and corrupted system! I really enjoyed the conversation. Really got my problem solving and creative energies flowing! I felt inspired - thinking about what is possible and how good of an America we could create! Has anyone noticed that property taxes seem to go higher and higher each year?  Why is this happening you ask.   Let’s take a look and see if we can figure it out.   Get out your property tax bill.  You may have a summer and a winter bill.  The amounts you pay will differ on those two bills and you pay different millages on each bill.   As your property values increase, the amount you pay in taxes will increase.  When we vote YES on a bond proposal and millage, we are granting the taxing authorities the right to increase our property taxes.  STOP voting yes on every bond proposal and millage!!  We must force the entities seeking our dollars to find another source of revenue.  We are being taxed out of our homes and off our property!!    We will be addressing ZOOS and MUSEUMS in this article. Zoos and Museums are very nice to have in our communities.  Most, if not all, Zoos and Museums charge an admission fee at the door.  Why then are we paying Zoo and Museum millages on our property tax bills?  Why should property taxpayers, that don’t go to those establishments still have to pay?   Are they doing so at the risk of losing their home, farm or business? ABSOLUTELY!!  The Cities and Counties that have Zoos and Museums put those millage requests on the ballots for folks to vote on.  Not all voters are property taxpayers and yet they get to weigh in (vote) for the property owners to pay a millage for the zoos and museums.      Because Zoos and Museums rely on property taxpayers and not just admissions, it doesn't matter if they are profitable or even cover their costs.  As long as they are supported by taxpayers’ dollars, they can spend, spend, spend and not be held accountable for that spending. Remember, even GRANT money is taxpayer dollars!!!   Nothing is free!!  If the Zoos and Museums charged admission and then sought DONATIONS from people and businesses that no longer had to pay property taxes, wouldn’t that be the better option?    I live in Kent County.   My home pays $106.36 per year for the zoo and museum.  My business pays $292.60.   I do not go to either and it would be physically impossible for my business to go.  I can only go as one person.  It is about $20 for an adult ticket to the zoo.  As a Senior, I would pay $15. The museum admissions are $12 each or $10 for 62+.  I would be able to go multiple times for the amount I pay in property taxes...If I CHOSE to go!!... Tuesdays are free due to the generosity of the Meijer Foundation. Would the Meijer Foundation and other corporations be able and willing to donate more if they weren’t paying such an exorbitant amount in property taxes?  YES, and it would be considered Community Goodwill and give them a huge tax deduction!   Why do I pay for the zoo and museum thru my home AND my business?  Businesses don’t get a vote.  I can only vote as a homeowner.   When businesses are forced to pay for services they do not use, they must pass those costs unto their customers.  This means that when you dine out or get your oil changed etc, you are helping to pay that businesses’ property taxes to the zoo and museum.  It is factored into everything they sell to you!!! This applies to landlords as well.   If a millage is passed that raises the landlord’s property taxes....the landlord will be forced to raise the rent his tenants pay.     See how this works?   Would you rather just pay admission when you visit the zoos and museums?    Please VOTE NO on ALL millages and bond proposals and save Michigan homes, farms and businesses from being taxed right out of our hands!!!

Furthermore, photos taken onboard prior to the crash show passengers wearing oxygen masks, indicating cabin depressurization. While the exact cause remains uncertain pending a formal investigation, preliminary evidence suggests the plane encountered issues while approaching Grozny, which had been targeted by drone attacks just hours earlier. Photos and videos from the crash site show evidence of through holes in the fuselage, supporting the theory that the aircraft was mistakenly struck by air defense systems. This explanation aligns with the limited facts currently available. Unlike similar incidents in the past, this crash may undergo a more transparent investigation. The plane went down in Kazakhstan, was manufactured in Brazil, and operated by an Azerbaijani airline, which limits Russia's ability to control the narrative. If it is determined that air defense systems were responsible, this would no longer be considered an accidental act of nature but a direct consequence of war. The ongoing conflict has turned much of western Russia into a de facto combat zone, with drone attacks and air defense operations becoming a near-daily occurrence. Civilian flights now operate in areas that are effectively high-risk zones. This overlap of civilian air traffic, drones, and air defense systems creates immense safety risks, even without direct attacks. Pilots and air traffic controllers, under constant pressure from sudden airport closures and rerouted flights, are more likely to make critical errors. If civilian flights continue to coexist with military activity, the cumulative risks will inevitably lead to more tragedies. Whether through human error, equipment failure, or inadequate training, the chances of a civilian aircraft being mistakenly targeted are only increasing. This situation is unsustainable and fundamentally dangerous. Some might ask whether flights in conflict zones should be grounded entirely. While there are no simple answers, history shows that civilian aircraft in such areas face significant risks. The only surefire way to avoid these disasters is to prevent wars that spill into civilian lives and airspace. The notion of neatly separated "war zones" and "peace zones" is a dangerous fallacy. War impacts everyone, not just those on the frontlines. Border communities live under constant threat of attack, airline passengers unknowingly share airspace with drones and missiles, and draftees face coercion into military service. Even those in distant regions experience the ripple effects. For example, labor shortages caused by mobilization may leave towns without emergency responders, leading to preventable deaths from accidents or untreated medical conditions. While frontline soldiers face the most immediate dangers, war’s effects reverberate through all levels of society. Ambulance drivers leave their posts for higher-paying military contracts, leaving communities vulnerable. This is the reality of modern warfare: no one wins, and the consequences extend far beyond the battlefield. Planes will crash, lives will be lost, and the root cause will always trace back to the decision to start a war with no clear end in sight.

Estonia Deploys Naval Patrols as Undersea Sabotage Sparks Questions About Russia’s Intentions Amid growing concerns about undersea sabotage, Estonia has dispatched its patrol ship Raju  to safeguard the Estlink 1 power cable after the suspected destruction of the Estlink 2 cable in the Gulf of Finland. The incident, attributed to Russian-linked activities, raises critical questions: What is Russia’s endgame in targeting vital infrastructure in the Baltic Sea? Repeated Attacks on Baltic Infrastructure The Eagle S , an oil tanker suspected of damaging the Estlink 2 cable, was intercepted by Finnish authorities and steered into Finnish waters. According to the EU, the vessel is part of Russia’s so-called "shadow fleet," a network allegedly used to bypass Western sanctions and disrupt critical systems. It's a time to slow down, think back on the year and our lives, what we have lived thru, accomplished, failed, etc. It should be a time to bless our souls. But we don't slow down as a culture. We have Starbucks, Dunkin' Doughnuts, Red Bull and all sorts of other drinks and supplements to keep up "powered-up" and charging, full-steam ahead! We have texts, social media, bills, work, the house to clean, church to attend, more work, a spouse who needs to know they are loved, children that need their parents, grandchildren, some more work and bills to be paid. Our lives are awfully busy, whenever do we slow down? And we don't much enjoy the quiet either. With our ear-buds in, the television on in the background, our favorite podcast playing on the computer, the phone is ringing, etc. we often go out of our way to keep the noise going. Too many of us have no idea what it is to just enjoy a quiet house, a quiet drive in the country, a quiet evening with our loved ones. But the HolyDays are a time to slow down, quiet down, rest, enjoy some of the simple pleasures of life: good company, good food, we sit at the old piano we haven't played all year, we practice our poetry, maybe get out the paints and a canvas!? To get the most out of these HolyDays is to pray, to remember Christ, to worship Him but also to slow down and to rest. With everything going on in the news cycle, with everything on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, with everything going on with President Trump about to take the White House and country - it might be hard to rest. But all these things will continue with or without us, all these things will continue in January 2025. Look at your wife or husband, look at your kids, look at your grandkids, at your nieces and nephews, look at your brothers and sisters, look at your friends, remember them who have such a privileged place in your heart. Tell them you love them, say it out loud, "If you don't realize it, maybe I don't say it often enough, but, I love you." Forgive those who need to be forgiven. Don't bring 2024 or 2023 or 2003 into 2025 with you. It's a New Year. Remember, "He makes all things New!" Why shouldn't we!? There is a risk to make Christmas all about presents and money and gifts. There is a risk to rush and run around trying to fill under that tree with beautifully wrapped boxes and ornate decor all throughout the house. And all those things are enjoyable, but to do all of that and miss the reason for the season!? What a shame. Christ has come! The Messiah, the Savior of the world, who has come to take away our mistakes, our shame, our regrets, our imperfections and even our bad memories. Salvation has come to the earth to save even our heart and soul. We can live again. We sure have been thru alot friends. Some more than others. This season try to cast your cares on Him, for He cares for you, for all of us. Try not to be anxious but let your heart rest. All the battle we have to fight will still be there in a few weeks. All the worlds problems will still exist come January 2nd. Let's give ourselves 2 weeks. Let's give God a few weeks. Let's remember Him, looking heavenward, shifting our focus away from all that troubles us and burdens us and let's remember, God's plans for us are not finished yet. "I have good plans for you declares the Lord..." (Jeremiah 29:11) I dont know one place in the whole of scripture He tells me that He has bad plans for me. We have suffered. But God still has good plans for us. Look heavenward. Let the things of earth grow strangely dim and remember our Salvation has come! He is here. We can sit at His feet and learn His ways. We can quiet ourselves and listen to His Word and we will receive Hope, Inspiration and Endurance for the road that lies ahead. He isn't done with us yet. Seems He has a plan. Originally posted at Armed Forces There's a bigger message we are sending to the world. The images of drones flying over numerous American cities and coastlines have captured the attention of Americans. Drone experts then came out of nowhere to postulate theories about what could be happening. They are only theories, and few plausible answers exist. I will not pile on to the media noise and attempt to explain who is doing this and why. Instead, I want to highlight critical points that we as a nation should learn from these events. First, I want to highlight some of my background because I am not just a drone expert coming out of nowhere; instead, I predicted the threat of drones to the homeland fifteen years ago . I trained American and allied forces to use drones during counterinsurgencies and high-intensity conflict scenarios. This training included drones of all scales, from the intercontinental Global Hawk to individual, hand-launched systems the size of a frisbee.  I presented critical lessons to a growing drone industrial base, attending and presenting at symposiums and design seminars. My purpose was to advocate for counter-drone systems.   I developed tactics to counter the use of drones by foreign adversaries. (Electro-magnetic, Directed Energy Weapons, Shotguns, Air Defense, Lasers, and others) While at the Army’s School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), I wrote a master's thesis on America's vulnerability and lack of preparedness to respond to the drone threat. HERE is the thesis, and at the end of this op-ed are other articles I published related to the points listed below. Some of my work cannot be published due to its classification. The master's thesis became part of the Department of Homeland Security’s online library and spurred the beginning of research into counter-drone technologies.  I simultaneously became a space operations person and advocated unique solutions using platforms and methods not previously considered and unable to discuss here. Here are the points I continuously bring up in numerous interviews. The threat of drones to the U.S. has been known for many years. Regardless of the final answer concerning what is happening, these sightings advertise the continuing clear and present danger they present to all Americans at home and our forces overseas. The message America is sending to the world right now is that anybody can operate drones over the United States for a month, and we won’t do anything about it. The federal government's response to this threat has not provided Americans the confidence that they know how to deal with drones or that we are being told the truth. When federal agencies unequivocally state that these are not foreign drones, the only conclusion is that a government agency does know to whom they belong and is either operating them themselves or allowing them to. I say “allowing” because we already have the technology to stop these drones but seem to lack the desire. For example, if anybody tries to fly a drone into Area 51, it is destroyed immediately. It’s also worth comparing the official statements about these drone sightings to those about the Chinese balloon flyover. Rinse, lather, repeat. Americans don’t yet know the truth, but they can tell who is lying – our government. "Mothership" drone systems exist, as does the technology to create and manipulate drone swarms. Public examples of such drone swarms are best understood through "drone art," such as the displays used in the Beijing Olympics and over Denver during a recent NFL football game. Like any tool, drones can be used for good or evil. The drones to create such art number in the thousands. My graduate work in counter-drone technology and tactics led me to conclude that the gap between the military capabilities of wealthy, industrialized nations and the rest of the world would shrink due to the ability of poorer countries to purchase commercial off-the-shelf systems that are highly capable, and at times, equally lethal. Add in the fact that Iran gained access to one of our highly classified stealth drone fighters in 2011 , and it is easy to see how the technology can proliferate and be used against us.   No matter who operates the drone systems, this problem cannot lead to a broader surveillance state. 9/11 was used as a predicate to increase unconstitutional domestic surveillance on American citizens through the Patriot Act; some agencies desire to use this crisis to do the same. We cannot be so enamored by what’s happening that we forget to keep our eye on other problems. US taxpayer funding of Syrian terror groups. US taxpayer funding of the Taliban. Why did the FBI Director resign as reports of FBI involvement in Jan 6 came to light? The DC uniparty attacking Trump’s cabinet selections. What was included in the last National Defense Authorization Act? How many terror cells and narco-terror groups are planted around the United States because of our open border? Are they flying drones too? Biden just pardoned or commuted the sentences of known Chinese spies and pedophiles. Where are the updates owed to the public concerning both assassination attempts?

Originally published at Armed Forces 1. Yes, drone motherships are real. The mothership can be airborne (the most frequent) or ground or sea-based. There are examples of drones operated in large quantities and where they are choreographed . The Beijing Olympics, the Denver Broncos drone logo, and others come to mind. 2. Yes, airborne versions can fly a ways loiter for a time, and control other drones. 3. Yes, they are a threat, and I wrote a master's thesis on this topic years ago. THE CHILDREN OF APHRODITE 4. Yes, they can be exploited in ways that do not include just shooting them down. 5. Shooting them down may not be the best solution because there ARE other options. Expanding on this point would enter into classified arenas. 6. Destroying them over a highly populated area can be hazardous for many reasons. 7. There are commercially available systems that can track drones. 8. Simple solutions exist for countering low-flying drone threats (shotguns, nets) and medium-altitude drones (helicopters, other drones). High-altitude drones are harder to counter without military applications, or commercial systems with a higher price tag. 9. This event, like several others around the country and overseas, continues to prove how much of a threat drones present. 10. This long-running incident is a clear national security failure and shows the world that America can be easily targeted. More information is needed to address what is happening in New Jersey, California, Virginia, or overseas locations. The point of these quick hits is to provide highlights about what is realistically possible or reasonable.
